DELIVERY & RETURNS
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
There is a flat £5 charge which includes delivery, returns and dry cleaning.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RENTAL?
We aim to deliver your rental 1-2 days before your event. As soon as your dress leaves LENDLAB headquarters, we will email you confirmation.
HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?
All orders come with a free return label. All you need to do is place the item safely in the bag provided, affix the label to the outside and take it to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Should your return day be a Sunday either return your dress a day early or before 12pm the Monday after. To find your nearest Post Office please click here. Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt.
RETURNING UNWORN ITEMS
If your rental doesn’t work for you we will refund you the rental price minus delivery. To qualify for this refund, outfits must be returned to a Royal Mail Post Office within 24 hours of delivery and with the ribbon tag still attached. If the ribbon tag from your outfit has been removed, we will consider the item to be 'worn' and you will be charged for your rental. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org once you have returned your item and attach a photo or scan of your return receipt. If you have a problem posting your outfit back to us within 24 hours please get in touch with us asap.
RETURNING ITEMS LATE
Returning items late prevents us from delivering the garment to the next customer on time. We want all of our customers to have a seamless experience lending from us so late fees apply for late returns. If you are unable to return your outfit on time, please let us know asap so we can inform the next customer.
- A fee of 50% of the rental price will be charged for every day the garment is late.
- If the outfit is not returned within 10 days, we will assume it is lost and will charge you 100% of the item’s RRP value minus what you have already paid.
We really do not like charging late fees so make sure you are always prepared to return your rental on time. If something crops up that will prevent this happening then please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
